DESCRIPTION:Extraordinary general assembly to change articles of association						\n						\n\n\n	We are changing our articles of association and therefore call for an extraordinary general assembly on April 5\, 2022\, from 16:00-18:00. The articles of association specify the regulations for our network\, and it is important that you as a member are involved when we update the document. We therefore hope that you will prioritise attending the extraordinary general assembly. \nThe agenda of the extraordinary general assembly will be: \n\nElection of spokesperson\nElection of meeting secretary\nPresentation and voting of updated articles of association\n\nYou can find the updated version of the articles of association here\, a version of the updated articles of association with tracked changes here and the old version of the articles of association here. The main changes to the articles of association are: \n\nSince 2019\, the chair position has been elected separately during the general assembly. In the proposed updated articles\, the board members will instead divide all the roles - including the one as chair - amongst them at the first-coming board meeting. The main reason for this change is to make the board more robust and flexible.\nThe election process of the regional representatives has previously not been part of the articles of association. The regional representatives are an essential part of our network and we have therefore now included their election process in the proposed updated articles.\n\nWe hope that you will agree to these changes. \nThe extraordinary general assembly will be held online.
