We can now meet again, and the Aalborg region will begin with a summer visit to Vestre Fjordpark in Aalborg West End.
The local “bademester” will take us for a tour around the facilities. Vestre Fjordpark underwent a transformation from the 70 years old “Friluftsbadet” to the park it is today.
The park is divided into different areas Stranden (the beach), Tangen (the tongue), Kilen (the wedge), Fladen (the plane), Krattet (the thicket) and Skoven (the forest). The park is a recreative space that embodies water, nature and citizen use.
Let’s hope for nice weather!
Those of us that want to, can stay and enjoy the park after the tour.
Join us and find out more.
How to sign up: Send an email to aalborg@ywp.dk
We will of course follow the guidelines of Sundhedsstyrelsen for this event.
