Swimming pools are strongly associated with high water consumption — but they also play an important role in bringing people together and creating social and health benefits in our communities. So, how do we manage the water behind these spaces, and how does the aquatics industry connect with the wider water cycle?

For our next YWP Denmark event in the Capital Region, we’re heading to Valby Vandkulturhus for a technical tour. We’ll learn how water is treated for swimming purposes and explore the connections between swimming pools, drinking water and wastewater.
